Lalor Named to City and State’s 40 Under 40 List

East Fishkill, NY – (6/10/13) – Assemblyman Kieran Michael Lalor’s office announced today that he has been named to City and State’s 2013 40 Under 40 Albany’s Rising Stars list. “I’m humbled to be recognized along with several of my Assembly Republican colleagues,” said Assemblyman Lalor (R,C,I – Fishkill) . “We’re working to change a political culture that is broken and tarnished by corruption. But, I’m hopeful that new leaders are emerging and working with the veteran legislators who want meaningful change. I believe we can put New York back on track.”

“Still, he relishes the opportunity to be a part of the debate on the state’s pressing issues and still make it home to Fishkill in time for dinner with his family. “I get up at 5:30a.m and I make the lunches,” he said. “One daughter likes ravioli and the other likes mac and cheese.”

Assemblyman Kieran Michael Lalor, a former teacher at Our Lady of Lourdes in Poughkeepsie, is a Marine Corps veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and founder of the Dutchess County based consulting firm KML Strategies, LLC.  Lalor is the founder of Afghanistan & Iraq Veterans for Congress and a frequent guest on the Fox News Channel. He is a graduate of John Jay High School, Providence College and Pace Law School and lives in Fishkill with his wife Mary Jo and their four young children Katie, Riley, Mikey and Kieran Jr..
