Matching Local Veterans With Jobs

Bazzo 03/05/`13

Assemblyman Kieran Michael Lalor

Dear Friends,
Returning veterans face higher than average unemployment rates.  That’s not right.  The technical skills, discipline, values and work ethic they learned in the military have left them well-prepared for the civilian work world. But, we can do a better job matching veterans with jobs.
As part of our commitment to help match veterans with jobs, I’m forwarding you this job listing from a small business right here in the Dutchess County.  I’ve met with the president of Quality Environmental Solutions and Technologies, Vincent Landers, and this is a great job opportunity for veterans.  If you know anyone who might be interested, please forward this email to them, or let me know and I’ll put them in touch with the company.  The job listing information can be found below.
We owe a great debt to our veterans and it’s important that they know we are grateful for their service. Helping to ease the transition into a civilian career is a way all of us can show our appreciation.
Sincerely, Kieran
