I am so very excited to say that I am going to be “Freezin’ For a Reason” on February 23rd at Sharpe Reservation (Camp Mariah) in Fishkill, NY. I am taking the plunge in the icy waters at the annual Fishkill Polar Plunge, which raised over $110 thousand dollars last year! This fun event benefits Special Olympics New York – Hudson Valley Region which provides programs and services to thousands of individuals with intellectual disabilities who reside in our local communities. The best part is that all donations stay in our local communities as well.
I am committed to raise a minimum of $500 and I am asking your support. Any pledge amount you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Your donation is 100% tax deductible and secure. This will all benefit an outstanding organization and the people they serve.
You can support my cause by either clicking this link to donate online or make your check payable to: Special Olympics New York – Hudson Valley and return to 105 Stony Brook Rd Fishkill NY 12524.
I want to thank you for sharing this experience with me! Although I will be the one freezin’, your support and confidence will be motivational and inspiring as we hopefully do something to make life a little better for some deserving individuals.
