Every installment of “Sessions” is unique, as JP often invites different musicians to sit in and perform. Tonight features “Tasty” Mike Murphy on guitar, Dave McDowell on sax, Paul Bisbano on bass and TWO drummers–Linda Geiger alongside Manny Henry, a 16-year-old whose talent will blow you away. A Tribute to the Police
The Police was the most musically influential and commercially successful Rock band of the 1980’s. The Police Files features Jim Keneally on bass, Ira Seigel on guitar, and Mike Marble on drums, musicians who’ve played the orchestra pits on Broadway and in recording studios with some of the industry’s most well-known artists. These three musicians have applied their notable talents to recapture the sounds and songs of Sting, Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland. Catch a glimpse into what is going to be an exciting event next weekend, Oct 5-7, as EMBARK-Peekskill
hosts its 2nd Performing & Literary Arts Festival throughout downtown Peekskill.
12 Grapes is pleased to be part of this community-wide event and on Sun, Oct 7 will feature two Cabaret performers. EMBARK’s Executive Director, Katie Schmidt Feder, an actress/director and singer, and Barbara Nadel, who will perform a Tap Cabaret. These two performers will be rehearsing on our stage tonight.
